These icy cold-brew popsicles are frozen and made from cold brew concentrate, creamer, and sweetener.

Cold Brew Popsicles

It's a hot summer for cold coffees!

Cold-brew popsicles combine a cold-brew concentrate with a desired creamer, milk, and sweetener.

To take things up a notch or two, add the blend to a jar of popsicle molds before freezing.

The result is a fun but richly caffeinated drink.

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. 1 cup cold brew concentrate
  2. 1/2 cup creamer or milk of choice
  3. Sweetener to taste (honey, syrup, or sugar)
  1. Mix the cold brew concentrate, creamer or milk, and sweetener in a bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top.
  3. Insert sticks and freeze for 4-6 hours or until solid.
  4. Remove from molds and enjoy a refreshing, caffeinated treat!
