Honey Jasmine Latte Recipe

This delicate and aromatic jasmine-infused latte has a hint of honey for natural sweetness. It's perfect for a calming and refreshing coffee experience!

  • 1 cup (8 oz.) brewed Solai Coffee (medium or dark roast)
  • ½ cup milk (or a dairy-free alternative)
  • 1 tbsp. honey (or to taste)
  • ½ tsp dried jasmine flowers (or a drop of food-grade jasmine extract)
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • Jasmine flowers for garnish (optional)
  1. Brew the coffee and set aside.
  2. Infuse the milk: Warm the milk over low heat, adding dried jasmine flowers. Let steep for 3-5 minutes, then strain.
  3. Sweeten & froth: Stir in honey and vanilla, then froth until creamy.
  4. Assemble: Pour the brewed coffee into a cup, add the frothed jasmine-infused milk.
  5. Garnish with a few jasmine flowers, and enjoy!
