Iced Irish coffee

  1. 1 cup cold brew Solai coffee
  2. 1 shot of Irish whiskey
  3. 1 tbsp brown sugar
  4. 1/4 cup heavy cream, lightly whipped
  5. Ice cubes
  1. Combine the cold brew coffee and Irish whiskey in a glass.
  2. Stir in the brown sugar until it’s fully dissolved.
  3. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
