1. One shot of espresso (or ½ cup strong brewed coffee)

2. One cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

3. 1-2 tbsp pure maple syrup (substitute for sugar) - Not pancake syrup

4. Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

5. Ice (optional for iced latte)

1. Brew your Solai Coffee espresso or strong coffee.

2. Heat your milk until warm (but not boiling). For extra creaminess, froth it!

3. Stir in 1-2 tbsp of pure maple syrup, using it as a natural alternative to sugar.
