Direct from our farm in Solai, Kenya, this single-origin Peaberry coffee is a rare find. Its bright acidity, sweet fruit notes, and silky body create a cup that’s both bold and smooth.
How to Brew
1️⃣ Heat water to 200°F (just below boiling).
2️⃣ Place your filter in the brewer and rinse it with hot water.
3️⃣ Add 20g of freshly ground Solai Peaberry coffee.
4️⃣ Pour a small amount of hot water to bloom, then slowly continue until you’ve poured 300g of water.
5️⃣ Let it drip and enjoy the perfect cup.
